1 Explain how you changed your photo in the lab to create a stencil.
First we used photo shop and tthreshold to make the object black and white.  Second we built a frame and made a collage in the back ground.  Then we drew the object on a bigger sheet of paper and lastly we spray painted the object onto the frame.
2. When creating the collage background explain your choices of colors, materials (magazine paper, books pages, etc), and placement. How does it relate to your topic? If no relation discuss general idea.
I choose pieces of paper randomly and put them onto the paper.  These have no relation but the general idea was to simply finish it.

3. Discuss the way positive and negative space was used to create your stencil.
The positive negative space was important in this project.  It made the project interesting and added importance

4. When using the xacto knife, explain the safety procedures, how to use the knife and any challenges you had to overcome while cutting.
When using the exacting knife we wanted to cut the paper away from us.  Also not towards any one else.  Some challenges were the curves on my car to cut and the interior of the car.

5. How was your experience with the spray paint? Discuss how color choice is important, placement of stencil, and any other concepts you noticed while creating this.
I enjoyed using the spray paint.  The color is important because if you chose the wrong colors then they could blend together. For some stencils there were only a couple of spaces you could put it because of size.
